A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE ARTIST

1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).

I am a pharmacy tech in remote data entry, lucky enough to be working full time.

2. Why do you make art?

I make art because I have always needed to create, whether it is writing, painting, embroidering Covid face masks or inventing recipes.

3. What inspires you?

I get inspiration almost everywhere -- the hard part isn't getting inspired, it's making the reality as good as the vision.

4. What/who are your influences?

I don't have just one influence, although Matisse comes the closest. I try to learn from everyone (who has a You Tube video.)

5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?

If I could meet anyone it would be Michelle Obama. I admire her intelligence, drive, grace, humor and honesty.
